I Know What It Feels Like to Be Stuck

Not just in theory—but in real life.

The overthinking, the second-guessing, the feeling of being unable to fully move forward.

Sarah Evans

It didn’t look like I was stuck—but I was.

From the outside, I was functioning. Doing what I needed to do. But internally, I kept replaying conversations and questioning decisions, trying to “understand what happened” so I could finally feel okay.

“And no matter how much time passed… it didn’t fully go away.”

Sarah Reflecting
The Realization

The Moment I Realized What Was Actually Happening

At some point, I stopped asking:

“Why can’t I move on?”

And started asking:

“Why do I keep coming back to the same thoughts?”

That’s when things shifted. Because I realized: It wasn’t about the situation anymore. It was about the pattern. The loop.

Most People Try to Move On Without Breaking the Loop

Give it time

Time stretches the loop, it doesn’t break it. Waiting is just passive suffering.

Stay busy

Distraction is just a pause button on your thoughts, not a delete key.

Focus on yourself

Self-care is vital, but the loop stays active until you target the mechanism.

If the Emotional Loop is still active, you don’t really move on—you just manage it. And eventually, it pulls you back again.

Why I Created the Reset Method

I didn’t want temporary relief. I wanted to actually feel free from it. So I started paying attention to what triggered the loop, how it repeated, and what actually interrupted it. That process became the Reset Method.

What I Help My Clients Do

Return to the Version of Yourself Without the Loop

Now, I work with women who feel stuck in that same cycle. Not just to “feel better”—but to actually break the Emotional Loop.

  • Stop overthinking and replaying conversations
  • Stop second-guessing every decision you make
  • Finally move forward with genuine clarity

What I Believe About Moving On

You don’t need more time—you need clarity.

Waiting for “healing” is a passive trap. You need an active strategy to see the pattern for what it is.

You don’t need distraction—you need understanding.

Busy work only silences the loop temporarily. True freedom comes from understanding the mechanism.

You don’t need to force yourself forward.

You don’t need “strength” to move on; you simply need to remove the weight that’s holding you back.

This Isn’t About Becoming Someone New

It’s about returning to a version of yourself that isn’t stuck in the past. Clear. Grounded. Able to move forward again.
